Middle School
Engaged, Inspired, and Ready to Lead
At Southpointe Academy, our Middle School (Grades 6–9) provides a dynamic, inclusive environment where students are encouraged to think critically, explore connections, and develop a global outlook through the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).
Connected Learning Across Disciplines
The MYP builds on the BC curriculum with a holistic framework that includes Sciences, Design, Visual & Performing Arts, and Language Acquisition. Students engage in inquiry-based learning that sparks curiosity and builds independence.
Outdoor Education and Community Involvement
Students step beyond the classroom to hike, snowshoe, canoe, and participate in survival training. Long-term service projects foster leadership, empathy, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
Wellbeing, Health and Titan Spirit
Physical and Health Education nurtures confidence, wellbeing, and personal growth. Beginning in Grade 6, students can also join Titan Athletics to compete, collaborate, and discover new passions.
