Our Annual Gala is a time-honoured tradition that we look forward to every year. This evening provides an opportunity for our school community to come together, enjoy live entertainment, taste spectacular food, and fundraise towards a common goal of enhancing the learning experiences of our students. 

Southpointe Academy May 2023 Gala - Havana Nights

Date: Saturday, May 6, 2023
Time: Event begins at 5:30pm
Location: Tsawwassen Springs - 5133 Springs Blvd, Tsawwassen, BC
Dress Code: Formal attire, and guests are welcome to add a Havana twist and dress in the theme of the event - Havana Nights.

Take advantage of our Early Bird Ticket pricing for the Gala, available from Monday, February 27 to Friday, March 10, for $275 per ticket.

The May 2023 Gala will have assigned seating for all guests which will be based on grade level and/or specific requests. During the ticket checkout process on Givergy, you will have the opportunity to make a seating request. We will do our best to fulfill all requests, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met. 

A limited number of reserved tables will be available on a first come first serve basis through Givergy at the following pricing:

• Table for 8 - $2,400
• Table for 10 - $3,000

The evening’s dress code is formal attire, and guests are welcome to add a Havana twist and dress in the theme of the event - Havana Nights.

For gentlemen, a suit paired with a dress shirt and tie is appropriate. For a Havana Nights touch, try a light-coloured suit or vibrantly coloured bow tie, or add a fedora to complete your look from head to toe.

For ladies, evening gowns or a dressy jumpsuit are ideal and don’t forget a pair of glamorous shoes. Add a splash of colour to your outfit or accessories, such as a colourful scarf or a vibrant clutch, for a Havana Nights twist.
