Important Payment Information

Students who do not qualify for the BC Government grant are assessed an additional fee of $3,900 in lieu of the grant.
International student fees are due by April 15, 2027.
Tuition payments may be made by cheque or credit card. Cash is not accepted.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Interest of 3% per month applies to overdue balances.
Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
Southpointe's annual operating budget is established before the beginning of each school year. As a result, all deposits are non-refundable.
Should a student withdraw after April 30, 2027, the remaining tuition balance outlined in the Enrolment Agreement becomes immediately due and payable.

Flexible Payment Options

To help families plan their investment, tuition is paid through an initial enrolment deposit followed by scheduled payments throughout the school year.

Upon Enrolment – $5,000 Deposit
March 15 – 20%
April 15 – 20%
September 8 – 20%
October 1 – 20%
November 2 – Remaining Balance

Percentages are based on the total tuition contract less the initial enrolment deposit. Final balances may vary depending on sibling discounts, transportation, and other applicable fees.

Bill Ross South Delta Scholarship

The Bill Ross South Delta Regional Scholarship provides an exceptional opportunity for outstanding local students entering Grade 10 or Grade 11 to experience a world-class International Baccalaureate (IB) education at Southpointe Academy.

Available to students from Tsawwassen, Ladner, and Point Roberts, the scholarship supports families by covering tuition for the remainder of the student's Senior School journey, whether entering in Grade 10 or Grade 11. Beyond financial support, recipients become part of a vibrant school community where they are challenged academically, inspired through leadership and co-curricular opportunities, and supported by exceptional educators and dedicated university counselling as they prepare for life beyond graduation.

Named in honour of Bill Ross, a longtime South Delta resident, Southpointe parent, and former Board member, this scholarship celebrates students who demonstrate excellence in academics, character, citizenship, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in their community.

Bill Ross South Delta Regional Scholarship

The Bill Ross South Delta Regional Scholarship provides an exceptional opportunity for outstanding students from Tsawwassen, Ladner, and Point Roberts entering Grade 10 or Grade 11 to experience a world-class International Baccalaureate (IB) education at Southpointe Academy.

Named in honour of longtime South Delta resident, Southpointe parent, and former Board member Bill Ross, the scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in academics, character, citizenship, leadership, and service to their community.

Scholarship Overview

The scholarship is awarded to an outstanding local student entering Grade 10 or Grade 11 and covers tuition through graduation, providing either a two-year or three-year scholarship depending on the student's entry year. Recipients become part of a caring community where they are challenged academically, supported by exceptional educators, and inspired through leadership and co-curricular opportunities.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be entering Grade 10 or Grade 11 as a new Southpointe student.
Reside in Tsawwassen, Ladner, or Point Roberts.
Demonstrate strong academic achievement, character, integrity, and respect.
Show excellence in areas such as athletics, arts, or community service.
Be committed to contributing to the Southpointe community throughout Grades 10 to 12.
Be a Canadian citizen.
Have parents or guardians who support Southpointe's Parent Code of Conduct.

How to Apply

Begin by booking a tour or attending an Open House to learn more about Southpointe. Scholarship applicants should then complete the online Grade 10 or Grade 11 application and contact the Admissions Team to request an application fee waiver.

In addition to the online application, applicants must submit:

A one-page résumé
Up to two letters of recommendation
Recent report cards
A 500-word statement of interest: Why Southpointe Academy?
Supporting evidence of leadership, creativity, initiative, citizenship, or community involvement
